St. Mary's Foster Grandparent Program has served Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties since 1973. Our volunteers provided 51,862 hours of service in 2008. All of our volunteers are 55 years of age or older and qualified volunteers receive a tax free stipend for their time. Foster Grandparent volunteers provide invaluable companionship and support for at-risk children in our communities.
